Transcripts: free with legal practice management integration or the storage add-on. Without them, $10 per transcript on request — recordings always stay yours and downloadable.
000 emergency calls: for absolute safety we always recommend an Optus SIM in a mobile phone as your primary backup. Our PBX routes calls, but a mobile handset on the Optus network is the safest way to reach emergency services — and we'll supply that SIM at cost.
